DESCRIPTION
One of the most popular Afshar tribal design, this version on a navy field shows nine offset sections of a linear repeat of chunky rosettes, balanced crosses, broken stems and various fractional palmettes. Accents in straw, red, orange-red, ecru and medium blue. Red main border with serrated leaves and reversing fan palmettes. Medium weave, good condition.
