DESCRIPTION

This is a vertical fragment of a “Berain'' Grotesque tapestry with performers in front of an architectural backdrop of columns, architraves, cloth drapes, floral swags and potted plants, on a salmon-tan ground. Multiple secondary shades of red, blue, green, rose and ecru. Wool pattern wefts.
