DESCRIPTION

This SW Caucasian long rug, not a Kuba, displays a madder red field with four stacked octagons alternating in medium blue and cream, with a layered triangle implicit inner border along the field edge. Ivory main border with a floating squared double "E" pattern. Keyhole reciprocal minors. Moderately long pile, moderate weave, all wool construction. Good condition with artfully corroded brown-black.
