DESCRIPTION

In an "Eagle Kazak" design of five characteristic "sunburst" medallions with radiating buds, in alternating ivory and cerulean blue, on a saturated red ground. Red and blue central crosses alternate. Deep goldenrod narrow main border with a chain of double leaves and hourglasses. These rugs were woven in formats and at price points to fill a market for Kazak look rugs.
