The red field shows a Baroque repeating design of Brussels sprout medallions alternating with tall strapwork lozenges pinned by ragged diamonds and concave cruciform. Near black main border with repeating â€ڑأ„أ؛scorpions'' in the Goradis village style. Russian Czarist style for the aristocratic market, but from the southern Armenian Caucasus. Wool foundation, medium coarse weave. Good condition.
