The solid red sub-field presents a doubly outlined, triangle pendanted dark blue quatrefoil medallion., with a pattern of minute botehs. Olive surrounding field with pseudo-Herati design corners. Brown border with stick stem “Kurdish” flowers. Light uniform wear, cotton foundation, medium weave. Very striking and unusual west Persian village rug.
