Vintage Gabbeh Rug 4'8'' x 6'5''. The striated abrashed natural light brown field presents five reversing rows of spotted quadrupeds, either deer (with antlers) or maybe short giraffes. Rust, red, navy and eggshell are among the detail tones. Layered zig-zag border of pale straw, dark blue, rust and red. Qashghai tribal work from Fars province, SW Persia. Moderate tribal weave. Good condition.
