The warm almost deep rust red field of this central Persian, finely woven, city scatter shows a Shah Abbas palmette and thin arabesque pattern flowing around a relatively small navy, medallion with pointed lobes, set off by ivory corners with projecting points, all within a navy main border of two types of upright and a single style of tilted palmettes. Fine (= Good) condition.
