An ecru border of X-shaped floating modules in pale green, straw, carrot, chocolate and rust both frames and separates three chocolate and red rectangles, with two triangle-fringed diamonds in each. Related to our nos. 1928, 1944, 1950, but with a more "Anatolian" border. Slit-tapestry construction with wool pattern wefts. A few tiny holes and related issues.
