This relatively modern all silk central Persian workshop piece shows a palette of pale green, ecru and goldenrod, in a ogival hexagon with a densely hooked adge, enclosing a conformal, layered medallion with a goldenrod sub-medallion. Corner vases and scrolling floral stems in the field. More rosette abd flower scrolls in the sub-field. Border with a dense cover of barbed palmettes and sprays of large florets. As new/good condition.
