A very solidly made village Kurdish production with an open straw field displaying a complex central pole medallion with a stepped, layered octagon centre accented in light blue. ivory and red. A polychrome diagonally striped band surrounds the hexagonal field and the medium blue corners present rustic floral tendrils. Cream main border with pinched octagons centring rosettes. Strong navy details in the pole medallion. Good condition.
