This moderately woven NW village Heriz carpet with a crisp natural dye palette, shows an irregular navy octogramme medallion enclosing palmettes, on a red field four way symmetric with geometric leaves and flowers. Cream conjoint corners with cartouches tied to the field. Navy balanced, strip style border with rosettes and doubly bent leaves. A classic, impeccable village room size in good condition.
