DESCRIPTION
Thick pile, robust mostly roomsize carpets woven in Hamadan city beginning in the early 20th century. ‘Kazvin' is an American trade name. Medallion and allover patterns. Medium weave on cotton. Traditional, floral, curvilinear designs. Relatively uncommon, but eminently wearable.
