Vintage Bokara Rug 4'5'' x 7'0''
Possibly Saryk from the characteristic border, but more likely Tekke from NW Persia. The four column, 15 row pattern of quartered octagonal guls in ecru and burnt orange shows no minor guls in between. Wool foundation. Good nomadic pile wool. Medium-finer weave. Good condition with narrow ivory plain-woven ends intact.
