DESCRIPTION

The navy field of this east Caucasian scatter shows an ascending pattern of rams' horns and lateral "daggers", with two ivory octagons along the centre line, and several peacocks. Cream main border of eight point medallions, each enclosing four arrowheads. Inner and outer minors with flip-flop carnation trails, both medium blue. Wool warp, medium weave. Good condition. Boldly drawn for a Perpedil.
