The royal blue field shows a millefleurs pattern organized into round and semi-circular layouts by multi-petal rosettes and linked by octofoils.  Doubly bent and serrated ecru leaves are formed around more octogramme motives. Finely detail ovoid palmettes also appear.  Straw bone border with oblique ragged palmette corners, and blue lively doubly curved leaves around palmettes. Plain blue outermost surround. A very unusual piece with no important navy or strip style border.
