DESCRIPTION

This coarsely woven modern west Anatolian room size shows a dominating Pair of open, ragged leaf-defined truncated cardi form arabesques, each with a focal palmette, and both set around a central tall, ragged hexagonal cartouche. A variety of palmettes, leafy arabesques and small floral devices fill in on the warm ecru field. Abrashed coral border with rough palmettes and upright multi bloom flowers. As new condition.
