No borders, all stripes, in abrashed shades of rust, powder blue, old gold, goldenrod, dark red and deep brown. Irregularity indicates untrammeled tribal work on a ground loom. Originally Qashghai Gabbehs were made only for domestic use, but a real export market has developed in recent decades. Medium, nomadic weave.
