Well-woven, dark blue ground interwar Sarouks are often attributed to Mohajeran village, This scatter shows a navy field with large carnation sprays, barbed leaves and a small central petal octogramme. Narrow red border with upright and tilted palmettes. On cotton, village work with an urban flair. Good condition.
