DESCRIPTION

This vintage west large carpet shows a rich red field patterned with a myriad of small floating, detached floral sprays in cream, teal, light and dark blue and straw. The main navy border shows palmette escutcheons with long acanthus extenders, roses and pairs of botehs, with breakage of the minor borders throughout. Heavy and robust. Medium weave. Good condition.
