The navy border shows somewhat irregular, rotund turtle palmettes in the Heriz style. It frames the near black field with its allover floating barbed leaf scatter, accented in black, red, pale blue, cream, pale green, medium blue and light straw. May have been woven without cartoon. Cotton foundation. Firm, well-woven. As new condition.
