DESCRIPTION
The town of Oushak has been weaving Oushak carpets for centuries and this recent example with a green field and four rows of rosettes in a lozenge lattice shows where current trends are going. The green border shows a brick-red arabesquerie, tulips and palmettes. It has a coarse weave and is in a new condition.
