The near black ground host two columns, each of two sets of two pair-reversed torn palmettes in the Ottoman Damascus/Smyrna style, accented in straw, khaki, cream, red and green. Red classical Ottoman-style border with lobed, straw cartouches. Cotton foundation, moderately well-woven. New condition. Originals virtually unobtainable.
