This densely woven west Kurdish city carpet displays an extraordinarily precise small-scale allover repeating pattern of palmettes and rosettes, all accented in ecru, light blue, red, rust and straw. Narrow navy main border with forked arabesque corner turns, and petal palmettes and floral vinery in the long side and end runs. Well-woven. As new condition.
