The red field shows allover array of ogival linked smooth, oval palmettes. Rosettes join the trellis elements. Near black main border with petal palmettes and oak leaves, all on a trapezoidal meander. Innermost tuning fork border and keyhole reciprocal minors. Vintage. Good condition.
